About the Role

As an Account Manager at Litify, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships within our existing client base. You’ll play a key role in driving renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering value to our customers by helping them get the most out of the Litify platform.

This is a quota-carrying role that combines sales acumen with strategic consulting. You'll work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure each client achieves measurable results and long-term success with Litify.

In this role, you will:


  • Manage a portfolio of existing Litify clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with Litify solutions

  • Own and execute renewal motions, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders

  • Consult, educate, and strategize with clients to help grow their business using Litify

  • Engage in business reviews, and strategic check-ins to drive value

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions

  • Stay up to date on Litify platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to inform your client recommendations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support and Product & Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.

We require:


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • At least 2-5 years experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing role

  • Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred

  • Experience in the legal industry or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities is a plus

  • Comfortable with commercial negotiation and willingness to refine selling style as needed

Disclosure:
The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000-90,000 base salary + $40,000 in variable pay. You will also be offered benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. 

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
