Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Walmart Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of our Walmart account. This role will assist with sales execution, Retail Link , data entry, inventory coordination, and general account support to help drive business growth across Walmart stores and Walmart.com in Licensed apparel. Key Responsibilities * Support the Walmart Account Executive in daily account operations and communications * Create and maintain reports from Retail Link and internal systems to track the item life cycle * Help monitor store and ecom item setups, pricing, and ecommerce content updates, including product listings and images * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Walmart programs; Production, Design, Sales, and Operations. * Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory levels to help manage inventory both internally and externally * Assist in preparing sales presentations, line reviews, and business updates as needed * Monitor account health metrics and flag any issues to the Account Executive * Help ensure compliance with Walmart requirements and timelines Qualifications * 1-3 years of License apparel experience in a sales support, retail, or account coordination role * Retail Link Experience preferred, but not required * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
