GARNEY
As an Administrative Coordinator for Garney, you will play a pivotal role in
providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders while efficiently
managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Garney’s office.
This role requires an individual who is reliable and polished to be the first
point of contact for Garney as well as someone who has a knack for attention to
detail. This role is not remote and is Monday - Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Provide timely processing of various types of correspondence, including
emails, packages, and mail.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including document preparation,
data entry, and basic accounting tasks.
* Help coordinate meetings/trainings, arrange conference rooms, and support
executives and team members as needed.
* Handle sensitive information and documents with the utmost confidentiality
and discretion.
* Act as a Garney brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service to
visiting clients and guests as well as internal employees.
* Assist with inquiries, offer hospitality services (tours, water, coffee) for
guests, and provide accurate information about our office and construction
projects.
* Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
promptly. In some cases, manage office vendor relationships and contracts,
such as janitorial. Manage regional license renewals
* Actively identify and address operational challenges, taking initiative to
find solutions and improve office processes to optimize efficiency.
* Maintain a clean, organized office environment by managing supply inventory,
performing light housekeeping, ensuring equipment functionality,
communicating key information to staff, and providing hospitality and
accurate information to guests.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Team first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as a receptionist, administrative
assistant, or in a related role.
- Notary Public or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
