Brick Executive Search has partnered with a highly respected Intimate Apparel/Sleepwear Brand Portfolio company to seek an Assistant Designer. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging creative talent to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced design environment. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career designer with internship experience in sleepwear, intimate apparel, or women's apparel - someone eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute from day one. Job Responsibilities Assist the design team across all stages of seasonal sleepwear collections Support sketch and CAD creation and revisions in Adobe Illustrator Help build and maintain concept boards that capture color, silhouette, fabrication, and trend direction Track and update line sheets with current styles, colorways, and development status Support tech pack creation with accurate construction, fabrication, and spec details Attend fit sessions, record adjustments, and update documents accordingly Maintain physical and digital fabric, trim, and sample libraries Communicate with overseas vendors as directed to support sample tracking Take notes during design and development meetings Keep the design area, samples, and racks organized Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred 0–2 years of experience with internship experience in sleepwear or women's apparel strongly considered Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required; Photoshop a plus Strong eye for trend, color, and fabrication within the intimates and sleepwear market Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and collaborative Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Must be based in or able to commute to New York City, hybrid schedule This is a full-time hybrid position based in New York, NY. #J-18808-Ljbffr
