Key responsibilities Direct the development of innovative visual concepts and campaigns for pharmaceutical marketing across HCP and consumer audiences Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and present persuasive creative strategies for new business opportunities Execute detailed, high-quality design work using Figma while evaluating and refining creative deliverables for pitch readiness Required qualifications Extensive experience within pharmaceutical advertising agencies, specifically supporting branded drug products Demonstrated success operating at an ACD level with strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders on strategic initiatives and presentations Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong emphasis on hands-on creative execution Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance ideation and concept development processes
