  • Conduct detailed time studies for removal and installation processes to measure and optimize the duration of repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Document validations and time studies comprehensively, ensuring clear, accurate, and usable technical documentation.
  • Follow trackers and documentation for a wide range of service procedures across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to leadership and engineering teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with mechanical service development engineers and service integration engineers to validate and refine repair procedures and service manuals.
  • Undertake special assignments related to service procedure validation, process optimization, and mechanical testing as requested.

  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, time studies, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to document procedures and communicate findings and project status to leadership and engineering teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player while maintaining a detail-oriented and focused approach.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills sufficient to provide support and constructive performance feedback when required.
