Organizational Change Specialist

Looking for an Organizational Change Specialist with strong communication skills, an emphasis on getting things done, and a focus on the people side of delivery. This will be someone interested in executing towards a strategy and willing to collaborate with multiple team members on both large and small initiatives. The Organizational Change Specialist will apply a structured approach, focusing on the people and process-related changes to increase colleague engagement and adoption of any change management needs. Executes against comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging, using creative communication methods.

Skills and experience:

• Partners effectively with Change Leads, ensuring a consistent approach.
• Experience in creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication plans
• Provide input, and support the design and delivery of training
• Develop graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Develop and deliver high quality verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels with clarity
• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must have strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key.
