This role focuses on overseeing office and accounting operations, including AP, purchasing, union payroll and reporting, staff supervision, and coordination of administrative functions. Job Title : Business Office Manager

Location : Mukwonago, WI (onsite 5 days per week)

 

Responsibilities:


  • Hire, mentor, and develop administrative and admin and accounting operations staff

  • Manage administrative staff, accounts payable, and purchasing processes and liaison with Malcolm corporate HQ

  • Provide supervision and support for AP and purchasing functions

  • Serve as backup support for payroll processing (union and non-union)

  • Work with union personnel and ensure compliance

  • Credit card reimbursements / reconciliations

  • Manage business licenses, fuel cards, attendance tracking, and monitoring

  • Ordering phones/computers and building maintenance coordination

  • Manager contracts and insurance and liaison with Corp HQ

 

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management

  • Prior experience in construction, engineering, or related industries

  • Experience notarizing legal, construction, or corporate documents

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite
