Job Description We are seeking a reliable, responsible Cargo Van Owner Operator to run a route and join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting flowers to various locations within a 300-mile radius, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. Vehicle must be in excellent condition! Commission pay rates are competitive, with a daily Minimum! Responsibilities Operate a cargo van to pick up and deliver flowers on assigned routes. Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage. Follow scheduled routes and meet delivery deadlines. Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no speeding tickets above 19 mph over the posted speed limit in the last 3 years) and criminal background (with no major felonies in the last 7 years). Valid insurance (State Minimum Required) and current vehicle registration. Previous experience driving a cargo van or similar vehicle preferred. Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements to load and unload your vehicle. Strong time management and organizational skills.
