Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Dietitian to support our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In partnership with Premier Health & Safety—a dedicated provider of high-quality health and safety training—this Clinical Dietitian will play a key role in assessing, planning, and monitoring the nutritional care of patients across a variety of clinical settings. The Clinical Dietitian will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, interpret medical histories, lab values, and medications, and develop individualized, evidence-based nutrition care plans that align with current clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. They will provide medical nutrition therapy for a range of conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, obesity, and malnutrition, while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. The role emphasizes education, safety, and compliance, reflecting Premier Health & Safety’s culture of learning and community service. The Clinical Dietitian will deliver clear and engaging nutrition education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding, adherence, and long-term lifestyle change. They will also develop and deliver training sessions and in-services for clinical staff on nutrition-related topics, safe feeding practices, allergy management, and compliance with applicable health and safety standards. This position involves maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record, ensuring all notes, assessments, care plans, and follow-ups meet regulatory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable in a dynamic healthcare environment, and committed to continuous professional growth. They will participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to policy and protocol development related to nutrition and food safety, and help ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state and local regulations. The Clinical Dietitian will also collaborate with food service personnel to align menus and meal services with therapeutic diet orders, texture modifications, and patient safety needs, including allergen control and infection prevention. Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse caseload are essential.
