CNC Machine Operator: Saukville, Wisconsin Our customer in Saukville, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting CNC Machine Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running CNC equipment, performing inspections, and supporting quality production. Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator: Operate CNC machines and consistently meet production rates. Use basic inspection methods and equipment to verify part quality. Learn and apply machine operation skills for the assigned department. Perform offsets, tool changes, and insert changes as needed. Use inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers accurately. Follow production routing, supervisor instructions, and quality standards. Maintain required tools on-site for daily tasks. CNC Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience operating CNC lathes, Swiss, or mills, or relevant training. Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math required for inspection procedures. Knowledge of basic inspection tools and methods. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment. Pay for CNC Machine Operator: $20.00$23.00/hour. CNC Machine Operator Benefits: Health insurance. 401k with company match Paid weekly. Direct deposit. Paid training. Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.
