Job Description

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team. Hours for these positions are Monday - Thursday 6AM-4:30PM with occasional overtime on Fridays as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Programs parts to be produced and cut on the plasma table.
• Experience with nesting program to program machinery helpful.
• Strong math skills, strong written skills and oral communication skills
• Assists with scheduling to meet production schedules.
• Possess good computer skills and is able to learn new skills as needed.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
• Create piece part nests to improve material utilization.
• Adjustments to drawing based on customer need.
• Daily compliance with job work instructions.
• Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in all work processes.
• Other duties which may be assigned on an as-required basis, run Plasma Table when needed
• Managing and planning of the remnant materials and manage inventory

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions

and procedure manuals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: o stand; walk; use

hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear.

The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
