Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this role is between $99,100.00 and $163,400.00, reflecting a national market range. The actual salary will depend on various factors such as the complexity of the role, the skills and experience of the candidate, and other employment conditions. Additionally, employees may qualify for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

Become a vital part of the Travelers Agile team as a Data Management Manager! In this role, you'll be a key contributor, collaborating closely with business partners and stakeholders. You'll oversee Loss work with a focus on IMCE, GL, and Deluxe for PPM. Your mission is to enhance our data capabilities while upholding Travelers' data culture values.

What Will You Do?

• Ensure the availability, usability, integrity, security, and privacy of our data.

• Work alongside partners to design and implement innovative data governance practices.

• Establish procedures and processes to ensure data quality for business needs.

• Conduct complex data profiling and analysis to support our data quality processes.

• Collaborate with business customers to identify and prioritize data quality requirements.

• Assist in developing metadata repository, data catalog, and data lineage capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to naming definitions and data standards.

• Facilitate root cause analysis and resolve business data management issues.

• Leverage your knowledge of data models and relationships to ensure operational needs are met.

• Analyze customer requests to determine changes needed in production systems.

• Utilize tools and workflows to capture knowledge and maintain information relevance.

• Design and govern taxonomies relevant to our content and data.

• Develop test cases and validate data quality prior to deployment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
