Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
Diagnostics: Conduct thorough patient assessments (vital signs, medical history, and oral exams) and capture high-quality digital radiographs.
Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized counseling on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment recovery.
Clinical Support: Assist the dentist chairside as needed, maintaining a strict aseptic technique.
Administrative Integrity: Ensure accurate documentation in Eaglesoft or Dentrix, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Flow Management: Optimize patient flow and coordinate with the front office to ensure a seamless clinical experience.
part-time $50 - $60 per hour

Requirements Proven Experience: Prior work as a Dental Hygienist in a clinic or private practice.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with EMR systems (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) and medical imaging equipment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command of OSHA standards, HIPAA compliance, and infection control protocols.
Clinical Skills: Expertise in root planing, patient charting, and medical coding.
Adaptability: Experience with both pediatric and general dentistry is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to explain complex dental terminology in patient-friendly language.
