Dental hygienist

Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal assessments to maintain and improve patient oral health.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of oral health conditions and review medical histories to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with dentists to develop and implement personalized, comprehensive treatment plans for each patient.
Health Education: Provide clear and engaging counseling on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive health.
Records Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient charting and medical records within our digital management system.
Patient Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact during appointments, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience through professional communication.

part-time $50 - $65 per hour

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Licensure: Valid and current State of Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general dentistry principles, preventive health, and hygiene practices.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, though highly motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern dental software and electronic record-keeping systems.
Advanced Care: Experience in treatment plan development and complex patient assessment.
