The Director, Clinical Data Science will lead a team of statisticians and data managers in the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular business. This individual will be accountable for the development and execution of statistical strategy in accordance with applicable regulations for pre- and post market clinical trials across Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular in addition to preclinical trials. S/he ensures statistical analyses are conducted with the highest level of scientific integrity, while meeting timelines and budgets. In addition, this individual is responsible for overseeing the execution of data management processes of new and ongoing clinical trials from startup through study maintenance and close-out phase in line with Company SOPs and best practices, reporting and escalating to senior staff as appropriate.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $160,000 - $276,000. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
