Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000 Lead Stores. Build Leaders. Drive Results. At eegee’s, we’re looking for a District Manager who knows how to build strong teams, drive operational excellence, and create consistency across multiple restaurant locations. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the business side of restaurant operations, and is passionate about developing future leaders. Tucson/Phoenix, AZ As District Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to multiple stores, ensuring each location is positioned to perform at a high level while delivering a great guest experience and maintaining company standards. What You’ll Do Lead and support multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational consistency and strong business performance Monitor sales, labor, profitability, and key performance metrics to meet or exceed goals Identify operational opportunities and partner with internal teams to improve performance Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and key store leaders Conduct one-on-ones, performance conversations, and team meetings with clear, actionable feedback Uphold high standards for guest service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Partner with Marketing to support promotions and local store marketing efforts Maintain accurate operational, financial, and personnel records Stay informed on market trends, competition, and opportunities to strengthen district performance What We’re Looking For Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Ability to manage P&L, analyze performance, and drive profitability Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of QSR or fast-food operations and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of restaurant general management experience Multi-unit management experience Valid, unrestricted driver’s license Current, appropriate Food Handler’s Card within 30 days Ability to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications Experience with accounting software Experience leading multiple levels of leadership This is more than a multi-unit operations role — it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of our restaurants by building stronger teams, developing future leaders, and driving meaningful business results.
