About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our team. In this hands-on position, you will install complete HVAC units and associated systems in residential and light commercial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in the HVAC field who is eager to learn, gain certifications, and grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install new HVAC units
  • Ensure safe and efficient system installation
  • Perform basic system testing and startup procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) – required for handling refrigerants; candidates without it must be willing and able to obtain it immediately upon hire.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in varying temperatures.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of HVAC installation or related experience (apprenticeship or vocational training highly valued).
  • OSHA 10/30 certification or NATE entry-level credentials.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, electrical systems, and HVAC principles.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work.
