This role oversees the full lifecycle of furniture assembly and related facilities support, from preparing materials in the warehouse to completing installations at client sites. You start and finish each day at the warehouse, loading company vehicles, traveling to regional locations, and assembling furniture on site in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. When not on the road, you help prepare future orders and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
You join a team-oriented environment where your work is hands-on, varied, and visible in completed projects across multiple types of facilities. The role offers steady first-shift hours with some flexibility, regional travel using company vehicles, and full coverage of approved additional or overnight travel costs, including hotels. You gain experience in both warehouse operations and on-site installations, building practical skills with tools, measurements, and assembly work while contributing directly to well-organized, professional spaces.
You work 100% of the time in indoor environments, split between a modern warehouse and a variety of client sites. In the warehouse, you operate in a clean, organized space where materials are stored and staged; the facility is not temperature controlled, so conditions may vary with the seasons. On the road, you travel in company vehicles to client sites such as universities, offices, and warehouses, where building conditions can change from project to project and are often influenced by the weather outside. You are expected to dress appropriately for varying temperatures and site conditions. The standard schedule is first shift, typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the understanding that you may work until the project is complete and occasionally on weekends. The work involves frequent use of basic hand and power tools, regular lifting and moving of materials, and ongoing attention to cleanliness and safety in both warehouse and field settings.
