Position Overview We're looking for a Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) who is dependable, curious, and motivated to grow their IT career. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who may still be early in their journey but is eager to learn, ask questions, and improve every day.
You'll be the first line of support for our team-helping resolve technical issues, supporting employees, and learning hands-on from experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities User Support & Troubleshooting - Provide day-to-day technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with password resets, account access, and general IT inquiries
Hardware & Software Setup - Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other equipment
- Support workstation setup for new hires and internal moves
- Perform basic maintenance and updates on devices
Onboarding Support - Assist with preparing IT equipment and accounts for new employees
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming technical onboarding experience
Documentation & Ticketing - Accurately log support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zoho or similar)
- Follow established processes while also identifying ways to improve them
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service
- Basic understanding of:
- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft 365
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Nice to Have - CompTIA A+ certification (or currently working toward it)
- Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, unlocking accounts)
