Job Description

We are currently seeking elite High-Reach Forklift Pros for a first-shift position at our state-of-the-art distribution center paying $20 per hour on a temp-to-hire basis where you will be responsible for high-level order picking and maneuvering stand-up reach trucks in narrow aisles while utilizing RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and replenishing pick faces to maintain a continuous workflow all while following strict safety protocols in a clean and organized environment so if you have at least one year of experience and a GREAT work ethic we want you to apply today and start your path toward a permanent career.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Operation: Operate stand-up high-reach forklifts safely in narrow aisles to put away or retrieve pallets from high-tier racking.
• Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Load and unload trailers, ensuring that all freight is handled without damage and staged in the correct zones.
• Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to scan barcodes, verify SKUs, and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time.
• Order Fulfillment: Replenish picking locations from high-bay storage to ensure a continuous flow for the order selection team.
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections (checking hydraulics, battery, and tires) and report any mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Space Optimization: Organize the warehouse floor and racking to maximize storage capacity and maintain a "5S" clean-work environment.

The essential functions of this role include:
