High Reach Order Picker / Forklift Operator
Job Overview

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented High Reach Order Pickers / Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a high reach forklift (order picker) to accurately pick, move, and stock products.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a high reach forklift/order picker to retrieve, stock, and move products
Accurately pick and stage orders using a warehouse management system (WMS)
Perform inventory checks to ensure product accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

Previous experience operating a high reach forklift or order picker preferred
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
