About the job Historic Preservation Sales Specialist Description We are seeking a Historic Preservation Sales Specialist to represent and grow our preservation client portfolio by developing relationships with owners, architects, preservation professionals, and public‑sector stakeholders responsible for historic buildings. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, guiding clients through complex decision‑making processes, and delivering solutions that align with preservation standards, regulatory requirements, and project goals. Inspekt AI is transforming how building owners and operators detect, manage, and prevent façade and envelope failures. Our drone‑powered inspections and AI‑driven analysis help commercial real estate owners, property managers, REITs, and facilities teams identify issues early—before minor defects turn into six‑figure repairs or safety risks. We work with complex, high‑value assets and sell into technical, risk‑aware buyers. This is not transactional sales—its consultative, problem‑focused, and data‑driven.
