As a House Painter, you will:

Key Competencies
  • Painting Skills: Experience with interior and exterior painting, including prep work and finishing techniques.
  • Physical Endurance: Ability to handle physical tasks like climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver precision and high-quality craftsmanship with every stroke.
  • Time Management: Keep a steady pace to complete your work on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
  • Apply paint to residential properties, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
  • Handle touch-ups and maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure all work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain organized and safe workspaces.
  • Follow instructions and work closely with project managers to complete tasks.
What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience: Previous experience in house painting is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the craft.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
