Dust and clean wall, baseboards, and doors. \*Assigned areas meet Medical Center cleanliness standards and are completed on a timely basis.* Arranges and rearranged furniture before and after cleaning. \*Assigned areas meet Medical Center cleanliness standards and are completed on a timely basis. Property is free of damage.* Washes bathtubs, sinks, tiles, toilets including fixtures. Replenishes disposable items (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). \*Assigned areas meet Medical Center cleanliness standards and are completed on a timely basis. Disposable items are replenished and fully stocked.* Sweeping, Moping and Burnishing rooms and corridors. Vacuums appropriate areas. \*Assigned areas meet Medical Center cleanliness standards and are completed on a timely basis.* Empties and cleans trash receptacles and wastepaper baskets. Gathers and disposes of refuse. Bags and boxes and tags red bag waste and removes to designated areas. Removes bulk refuse to designated areas. \*Trash throughout Medical Center is collected in a timely manner. Red bag waste is disposed of according to regulatory guidelines.* Keeps housekeeping supply closet in good order. Requests cleaning supplies as needed. \*Adequate supply of materials is maintained at all times and closet is kept neat, clean and organized according to departmental established standards.* Performs appropriate documentation as it pertains to specialty cleaning. i.e OR, Cath Lab, Pharmacy, Endo. \*Escalates issues to appropriate person or department. 100% compliance to quality control check.* Perform related duties as required (assisting with floods, snow and other emergencies). \*Assistance is provided in emergency situations on a timely and reliable basis.* Must be able to work every weekend for the first two years.**Qualifications*** High School Required or* GED Required* Completion of an appropriate work training program preferred Preferred* Knowledge of cleaning and sterilization techniques and procedures.* Annual Assessment - OHS* Fit Test - OHS #J-18808-Ljbffr
