A Japanese-affiliated logistics company in the Bay Area (San Mateo County) is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities Review import/export documents for accuracy Data entry and transmission of shipment information Monitor cargo release and arrival status Create delivery orders and shipment files Communicate with U.S. Customs, vendors, clients, airlines, and shipping companies Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
