Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to join their team in Dayton, NJ . This position plays a crucial role in ensuring merchandise and non-merchandise arrive safely and efficiently, while adhering to all federal regulations of import/export. Job Responsibilities Prepare and review export shipment documentation for outbound After Sales shipments Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and couriers, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations Process specialized documentation (CITES, Fish & Wildlife) and liaise with international teams for regulatory submissions Track and trace all shipments, provide timely status updates, and resolve issues impacting delivery Maintain accurate records and file entry documentation in accordance with compliance requirements Log shipment details in Excel and shared drives for cross-functional access and audits Collaborate with Customer Service to support After Sales processes and meet timelines Generate concise tracking reports and participate in compliance training as directed Support additional operational tasks and assist other divisions as needed Job Qualifications 2+ years freight forwarding, transport and/or logistics experience Certifications in Supply Chain, Dangerous goods preferred Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations) Knowledge in air and ocean operations and documentation including ISF, TSCA, Lacey Act Knowledge of incoterm Able to calculate dimensional weight Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume data Strong communication and follow-up skills Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours during peak periods Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs Compensation $28.84 - $31.88/hr This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
