Interior Designer (Commercial/Corporate)

The Encompass Group is partnering with a progressive interior design, architecture, and graphics firm, seeking a talented Interior Designer with 4–6 years of experience specializing in commercial/corporate projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing a collaborative studio environment while delivering highly creative, thoughtful, and detail-driven design solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with project teams to develop concepts through design, detailing, documentation, and construction phases
• Contribute to a culture of creative and strategic design thinking, including mentoring team members
• Coordinate with engineers and design consultants
• Track project schedules and ensure alignment with key milestones
• Attend client meetings and project site visits as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in commercial/corporate interior or architectural design
• Strong balance of technical proficiency and design sensibility
• Proven experience in project design and management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Advanced skills in detailed drawings, construction documentation, and coordination
• Excellent verbal, graphic, and visual communication skills

Technical Skills

• BIM / Revit
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Architecture or Interior Design required
• Professional registration not required
