Role Description

Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Developer to contribute to the development and configuration of Salesforce functionality. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforce and a passion for building scalable, maintainable solutions that support complex business workflows.

• Candidates must be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have lived in the US for the past 3 years consecutively.
• Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce features, including:
  • Automation (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Page layouts and UI customization
  • Data flows and integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality, maintainable application components.
• Support grants lifecycle workflows and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Salesforce development and configuration.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience with grants management or similar workflow-based applications.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus.
