Come join our team!/ppZantech is looking for a talented Lead Business Process Management Specialist to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management Support project for an Onsite role based out of the Washington DC Metro Area/Pentagon./ppThe Lead Business Process Management Specialist will play a crucial role in providing:/pulliBusiness Process Modeling and Analysis/liliAs-Is and To-Be Process Documentation/liliProcess Optimization and Workflow Design/liliStakeholder Workshops and Requirements Gathering/liliChange Management and Process Adoption/li/ulpThe Lead Business Process Management Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes that interact with or are enabled by the Advana platform. This role combines formal BPM methodologies with DoD domain expertise to map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes that leverage data and analytics capabilities./ppThis role ensures that DoD business processes (acquisition, logistics, readiness, financial management) are optimized to leverage Advanas data capabilities, directly improving operational efficiency and decision-making speed./ppResponsibilities include, but will not be limited to:/pulliDesign and implement enterprise data governance framework for Advana platform/liliDevelop comprehensive data policies, standards, and procedures for cross-organization data sharing/liliCreate and maintain Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) and Data Usage Agreements (DUAs)/liliEstablish metadata management standards and data cataloging approaches/liliDesign data lineage and data quality frameworks/liliCoordinate with Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Legal teams on compliance requirements/liliDevelop PII/PHI identification and protection protocols/liliCreate API standards and data integration patterns for federated data access/liliFacilitate data governance board meetings and stakeholder working groups/liliProvide technical guidance on cross-classification level data sharing/liliConduct data architecture assessments and provide recommendations/liliMentor data governance team members and build organizational capability/li/ulpRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:/pulli10+ years in business process management and analysis, with 6+ years in DoD/federal environments/liliExpert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and process modeling/liliExtensive experience with BPM tools (Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar)/liliProven ability to conduct as-is and to-be process analysis/liliDeep understanding of DoD business processes (acquisition, logistics, financial management)/liliFacilitation skills for stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions/liliProcess optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)/liliChange management frameworks and adoption strategies/liliRequirements elicitation and documentation/liliWorkflow design and user journey mapping/liliCross-functional stakeholder coordination/liliExperience with DoD acquisition, logistics, or financial management processes required/liliFamiliarity with enterprise data analytics and business intelligence concepts/liliStrong presentation and briefing skills for diverse audiences/liliExperience working with military and civilian stakeholders/li/ulpRequired Education/Certifications:/pulliLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher/liliBusiness Process Management certification (BPM CBOK, CBPP, or equivalent)/liliCertifications Preferred:/liulliCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)/liliProsci Change Management certification/liliPMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)/liliIIBA certifications (CCBA or CBAP)/li/ulliBachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field/liliEducation Preferred:/liulliMasters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field/liliGraduate coursework in business process management or operations research/li/ul/ulpRequired Security Clearance: US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements./ppOutstanding PerformanceAlways!/ppOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
