Job Description

Our client, a global leader in media and entertainment, is seeking a Worldwide Compliance Analyst to join their Global Consumer Products Business Operations team. This isn’t a standard "back-office" finance role; it is a high-impact position that is 50% Royalty Analysis and 50% Cash Collections. We are looking for a candidate who can pivot seamlessly between auditing complex licensing contracts and managing proactive outreach to global partners to ensure timely payments. This is a fully onsite contract role!

Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities – Royalty Compliance
• Review contracts for financial terms and compare to royalty statements, checking for compliance
• Tracing financials through a contract’s life cycle to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Advise internal teams how to correct entry errors that prevent statement processing
• Advise licensees how to resubmit statements that cannot be processed due to errors
• Troubleshoot access issues when licensees are not able to access our system
• Troubleshoot inquiries from Finance and offshore royalty reporting teams
• Complete ad hoc special projects and provide reporting for management as needed
