Summary; We are looking to add Full Time Maintenance Technicians to our Quicklane Facility at New Brighton Ford. No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate that has a willingness to learn! Our ideal candidate would like to work on cars or want to learn how to work on cars, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has great attention to detail skills. We also offer opportunities to advance to a Diagnostic Technician! Pay: $42,000-$65,000 per year What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Change oil
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection with video inspections
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance like brakes, struts, shocks and alignments
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but will we train the right candidate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
