We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat and email by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong written communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues, provide product and account support, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, account updates, and general service requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and quality performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, live chat, call center, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
