DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Logistics Operations Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating truck, rail, and international shipments, providing communication to shippers and carriers, and managing problem resolution and order management. Position Logistics Operations Coordinator Shift Weekend Shift: Thursday – Sunday 8am-6pm Pay $20.15 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium for weekend shift. Key Accountabilities Assist in coordination of export/import shipments. Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments. Track and trace all shipments. Update and maintain Transportation Management System(s) – SAP. Prepare and publish daily and weekly reports. Obtain data to assist in analysis of performance trends. Proactively identify problems to management. Answer and resolve basic billing queries when needed. Prepare client invoice packets. Confirm rates with carriers. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred). 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Qualifications Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook & Excel. Outbound dock experience, production, warehouse, general labor. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and customer service skills.
