We are looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to join the EOS team! EOS Defense Systems USA develops and produces highly accurate, cost-effective, modular, and scalable Remote Weapon Systems that satisfy our customers' most demanding requirements in both CUAS and ground-to-ground missions. The Marketing and Events Manager is a member of the Business Development team and the key staff member responsible for external brand awareness, internal marketing communications, social media content, trade show participation, and coordination across EOS entities as relates to EOS-USA owned products and services. The Marketing and Events Manager is responsible for increasing brand and product visibility, locally, domestically, and internationally as required. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Media, or related field preferred. 3 to 5 years in relevant industry, defense industry experience preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the following: Public relations and marketing strategies Content creation, social media, website management Trade shows, corporate hospitality, sponsorship events, and internal events Internal and external marketing product development, ensuring and proliferating brand consistency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Strong interpersonal and social skills, ability to engage with and involve team members in projects as needed Primary Duties Develop and maintain a comprehensive Marketing strategy for EOS-USA, to include key objectives and measurable Manage and execute Marketing budget in line with that strategy, including management of hired firms to support PR and Marketing activities Provide regular and consistent reporting on essential Marketing KPIs, including briefing senior corporate leadership on Marketing efforts Provide strategic input into creation or updating Marketing materials, product brochures, and website content Publish internal company newsletter on designated periodic basis Work with Business Development and Program Management teams to utilize key events or programmatic milestones for Marketing and external dissemination as possible Serve as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for marketing, public relations, social media, or community events Assess EOS engagement with local community organizations such as AUSA Redstone, Chamber of Commerce, etc., and recommend and manage new partnerships Serve as lead coordinator for all US-based trade show participation, including booth design, set-up, partner asset coordination, media engagements, merchandise design and purchase, meeting schedules Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to maintain technical awareness of product developments, capabilities, and timelines Maintain awareness of key events and competitors in the greater RWS market to ensure strategic execution of Marketing efforts Effectively work across various functional areas and management levels to ensure successful execution of Marketing activities; e.g, Facilities, Shipping, Finance, Compliance EOS Defense Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identification and sexual orientation) or national origin in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
