In this rewarding role, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of meals while providing friendly interaction and wellness checks for our clients. This role is more than just delivering a nutritious meal, you’ll bring smiles, dignity, safety checks, and human connection to homebound seniors and individuals in our community. Join our team and make a difference one delivery at a time! Duties and Responsibilities Load and organize meal packages into the vehicle and follow assigned delivery routes efficiently. Deliver meals to client’s homes in Warrick County within scheduled timeframe. Perform wellness/safety checks during deliveries and engage in brief, friendly socialization with clients. Report and client concerns, delivery issues, route problems, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. Adhere to HIPPA policy and procedures and always represent SWIRCA & More professionally. Assist with loading/unloading meal containers and ensure they are cleaned and sanitized. Keep delivery vehicle maintained and cleaned. Requirements Valid driver’s license required. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a successful drug screen, clean driver's license history, and background check. Ability to lift and carry meal containers (typically up to 20-40 lbs.) Strong customer service skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude towards seniors. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong time management skills. Part‑time position. Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
