Operator II/Medical Assembler

This role is with a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to learn working with a microscope, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Plymouth, MN 2nd shift: 4:00pm-2:30am, M-Thu - $20.25 + overtime

What's the Job?

• Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components
• Microscope use 90% of the day
• Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations
• 80% sitting and 20% standing
• No lifting requirements

What's Needed?

• 2 years of medical assembly experience
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
