Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. Native English speaker from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc., with pure and standard English pronunciation and authentic language expression habits.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Basic Chinese communication skills.
4. Hold TESOL/TEFL or equivalent teaching qualification certificate.
5. 2+ year of English teaching experience is preferred. Course Content:

1. Daily Oral English Teaching: Design teaching content around daily life scenarios, help students overcome the difficulty of "speaking up", and improve the fluency and practicality of oral expression.
2. Business English Teaching: Familiar with business communication scenarios (such as meetings, negotiations, email writing, etc.), and can teach professional business English knowledge and skills combined with workplace needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online live interactive teaching to stimulate students' interest.
2. Design personalized teaching plans to improve students' listening and speaking abilities.
3. Regularly evaluate learning effects and optimize teaching plans.

Work Mode: Part-time online work with flexible teaching schedule arrangement (needs to match students' learning time to ensure teaching continuity).
