Now Hiring: Order Picker - $21.77/hour to Start
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $21.77/hour to start + Pay Increases Every 3 Months Up to 12 Months After Being Hired on Permanently!
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM (Hours may vary, up to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends required)

What You'll Do:
- Accurately pick orders according to bay locations ensuring the correct quantity and type of product
- Utilize pick labels, pick sheets and voice picking equipment to fulfill customer orders
- Replenish inventory in bay locations and assist with physical inventory counts
- Operate electric or manual pallet jacks, RF terminals and radios
- Ensure quality control by inspecting cases for damage or defects
- Assist with loading/unloading containers and maintaining a safe work environment
- Keep your work area neat, clean and organized
- Work with a team to meet established production standards and complete necessary paperwork
What We're Looking For:
- 10th grade education
- Minimum 3 months of experience in a warehouse environment or operating a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials safely
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders when needed
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and potential schedule changes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
