Job Details

• Location Warrendale, PA
• Pay Up to $20/hr to start - Up to $31/hr once hired on permanently based on performance bonuses
• Schedule Sunday-Friday (Saturday off plus one weekday off)
• Shift Starts at 5:30 PM and runs until the work is finished (usually 9-10 hours)

Daily Responsibilities

• Use an electric pallet jack to navigate the warehouse and select products for orders
• Maintain a fast pace to hit production goals of 100-140 items per hour
• Build stable and secure pallets to ensure products arrive at their destination safely
• Handle heavy lifting of boxes and crates up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift
• Work consistently in cold and wet sections of the warehouse where warm gear is a must
• Use voice-picking or handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain high accuracy
• Carefully wrap pallets and prep them for the loading docks
• Clean and organize your work area to keep the warehouse safe for everyone
• Transition to operating a stand-up reach truck once you become a full-time employee
• Collaborate with the shipping team to make sure every truck leaves on time

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in order selecting or fast-paced warehouse work
• A steady work history with at least 6 months at each of your last few jobs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full 10-12 hour shift
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Reliable transportation to the Warrendale area for a late-evening start time
