Orthopedic Surgeon

Join an established orthopedic surgery program serving a fast-growing regional market in Southwest Arizona. This employed opportunity allows you to practice full scope, comprehensive orthopedics within a collaborative, physician-led environment supported by advanced technology and dedicated clinical teams. The incoming surgeon will receive dedicated operating room access, predictable scheduling and robust support.

The program continues to expand due to sustained community demand, creating long-term stability and growth opportunities. Physicians here are empowered to shape their practice, supported by leadership that values innovation, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Opportunity Highlights

• Employed orthopedic surgery position within a growing regional medical group
• $795,000 base salary with $100,000 signing bonus, relocation and wRVU incentive
• Full offering of orthopedic services, including joint replacement, trauma, and sports-related injuries
• Monday–Friday schedule with dedicated operating room days
• No emergency department call required; trauma coverage in place
• Epic electronic medical record with Dragon dictation
• MAKO on site
