How You Will Contribute You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on customer service while ensuring safety. You will screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger‑stick results. You will use our Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes using approved procedures. You will work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees. U.S. employees may receive short‑term incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
