Experience Requirements: Previous warehouse, picking, packing, sorting, or distribution experience preferred Basic scanner and computer skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Inspect products for damage and verify order information Select appropriate packaging materials based on order size and weight Scan items and sort products into proper warehouse locations Move completed orders to conveyor systems for processing Set up and operate manual sorting stations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
