Production Associate | Overnight & Weekend Shifts | Up to $15.07/hr | Eleanor, WV

United Talent is hiring Production Associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Eleanor, WV. We have overnight and weekend shifts available with opportunities to earn bonuses and grow with a company that values its employees.

Pay & Available Shifts

C Shift

• Sunday–Thursday
• 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
• $14.07/hour

Weekend Day Shift

• Friday–Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• $15.07/hour

Weekend Night Shift

• Friday–Sunday
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• $15.07/hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly by:

• Inspecting production coils for quality
• Loading materials into production machines
• Handling materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Responding to machine alarms and notifying supervisors when needed
• Following work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
