Responsibilities:

• The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the production facility.
• This role involves communication with the Facility Maintenance Supervisor regarding any issues and performing monthly maintenance tasks.
• The technician will also assist on the production line as needed, demonstrating versatility in various positions such as Filler, Capper, Labeler, Off Packing, and Palletizing.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Communicate with the Facility Maintenance Supervisor regarding issues.
• Complete monthly maintenance tasks.
• Assist on the production line when necessary.
• Monitor fill levels in vessels as a Filler.
• Monitor capper machine and clear jams as a Capper.
• Ensure label placement and minimal errors as a Labeler.
• Remove units from the line and perform quality checks as Off Packing.
• Place case numbers and wrap pallets as a Palletizer.
• Perform facility and line cleaning tasks.
• Operate forklift with approval.
• Set up lines and maintain cleanliness of the facility.
