Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will oversee HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring quality execution, accurate coordination, and strong client communication

Responsibilities 

Manage HVAC project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and documentation

Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Review drawings, models, and specifications to support constructability and value engineering

Lead project meetings and provide clear communication on progress, risks, and changes

Support CAD/BIM coordination efforts, including clash resolution and installation sequencing

Oversee procurement tracking, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor performance

Ensure field teams have the information, materials, and support needed for successful installation

Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Qualifications 

Min. 3+ recent years of project management experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related construction fields

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ductwork, and equipment installation

Experience with design-assist or design-build project delivery preferred

Familiarity with CAD-BIM workflows (Revit, Navisworks, or similar)

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required with equivalent experience)
