Powder Coat Finishing Our Powder Coat Finishing Line Team Members are responsible for assisting in the powder coating process. Powder Coat functions as an assembly-line environment where product is steel shot blasted, powder coated, oven-baked, and packaged. No experience necessary. Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 3:30am Pay: $19.00/hr plus $1.00 per hour shift differential! Movement of sandblasted bumper/grill guard into the paint booth. Remove all debris from bumper/grill guard using an air hose. Coating of bumper/grill guard following approved procedures and company's quality standards. Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality. Must also be able to pass a respirator test. Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available). Manufacturing/Industry experience. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
