Join us in shaping the future of nutrition in our facilities and making a meaningful impact on the individuals we serve. $81,348 - $107,964 annual salary In this role you will: Plan, prepare, and direct dietary activities in licensed areas of a health care facility. Interpret and apply standards related to Dietary Services. Establish appropriate interpretation of physician orders for therapeutic and special diets and review the preparation and service of these diets. Select, train, and evaluate Dietary Service's staff including cooks, dietitians, and inmate-workers. Inspect food facilities for compliance with sanitary, safety, and housekeeping standards. To excel in this role, you should have: Education: Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
