Location: Castle Hayne, NC
Shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F)
Commitment: 13 Weeks contract with an option to extend  

Pay Rate :    

No housing - Local: $58/hr  

With housing (50+ miles away from permanent): $48/hr  

Housing stipend : $30/hr (taxable) + $1240 (tax-free) 2440/40hrs (30/31)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow from admission to discharge
• Monitor bed availability and patient needs
• Coordinate transfers with physicians, nurses, and care teams
• Review admission requests for medical necessity
• Ensure proper approvals and pre-certifications
• Support urgent and emergent admissions with utilization teams
• Document all patient and transfer details in the medical record
• Coordinate admissions across departments
• Assign beds based on patient acuity and availability

Requirements:

• Resume – with a minimum of 12 months of Adolescent / Juvenile care experience     
• RN - NC license (in good standing)     
• Current - BLS/CPR     
• 2- current references (supervisors)     
• PPD/TB QuantiFERON (within the last 12 months)       
• Chest X-rays should have a negative result + TB Questionnaire  
• COVID Vaccination documentation     
• COVID Declination       
• Current physical (within the last 12 months     
• MMR, Varicella, Hep B- Vaccination or declination     
• Flu Vaccination is Required.  
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screen (Within the last 12 Months)
