Sales Executive for Commercial Construction

Location: Nashville, TN Field/On Site | Development Company Culture: Unique, Collaborative, and Relationship-Driven


The Role: Commercial Sales and Development Expert


Already solid growth and development projects in the pipeline contracted. With a huge profit sharing opportunity we focus on Multi-Family and Retail Development Projects. We have a unique culture that values grit, transparency, and the power of a handshake.


As our Commercial Sales Expert with Estimating experience , you will be the engine of our project pipeline-the rare hunter who can bring relationships and new partners to our company for Land Development in retail, multi-family, and home builders.


What You’ll Do

  • Precision Estimating (3+ Years Exp. Required): Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare comprehensive budgets for Residential, Retail, and Multi-Family projects. You’ll ensure our bids are as accurate as they are competitive.
  • Nashville Business Development (3+ Years Exp. Required): Actively hunt and cultivate new business opportunities within the Middle Tennessee corridor. You will leverage your existing local network to get us "at the table" for the region's most exciting builds.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted partnerships with developers, architects, and high-end residential clients. You aren't just selling a service; you’re selling a partnership.
  • Subcontractor Allyship: Develop a "gold standard" roster of local trades. You’ll negotiate and manage these relationships to ensure our project delivery matches our startup’s high-quality culture.
  • The Bridge: Work directly with the leadership team to align our bidding strategy with our long-term growth goals, ensuring we take on projects that fit our brand and margins.
Who You Are
  • The Nashville Commercial Sales Expert: You have at least 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in the Commercial Construction Industry specifically within the Nashville commercial construction market or developement and real estate. You know the players, the pace, and the local nuances.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in construction estimating . You ideally are proficient with modern estimating software and have a sharp eye for identifying "scope gap" before it becomes a problem.
  • The Startup Mindset: You thrive in an environment where "that’s not my job" doesn't exist. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to help build the systems you use.
  • The Communicator: You can translate a complex line-item estimate into a compelling narrative that wins over a developer.
